Do your customers know you are open?

Are you open for business?

This may be a silly question but… I was recently told by a friend that they would like to go to the garden centre, but they were all still closed.
They had driven past their local garden centre, it looked closed and so they assumed it was!

After the recent changes to the Lockdown plans and confusion over what is open to visit, your potential customers could be staying away simply because they think you are not ready for them yet.

This is why it is worth declaring loudly that you are back in business and maybe thinking about marketing where you haven’t previously.

For example, I am now advertising in the ‘Pilot’ magazine and the ‘Where to fly’ supplement, as well as making good use of Zoom networking.
